provided that prior written notice is given to Councii by publication in the <br />docket pursuant to Section 121.15; and <br />(c) donations or awards of money, goods or services with a vahie of ~SOO.00 or <br />less that require no expenditure of matching funds by the City. <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in such <br />formal action were in meetings open to the public, incompliance with all legal requirements. <br />Section 3.
