The Commissioner is hereby authorized to determine the required off-street <br />parking and loading requirements for uses not specifically listed in this Ordi- <br />nance, based on the most shnilar use(s) that are listed. Such determination by <br />the Commissioner shall be in writing and shall be appealable to Oie Board. <br />Section 6. That Schedule 1143.05 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, <br />currently reading as follows: <br />SCHEDULE 1143.05: PARKING USES AND SPACE REQUIltEMENT5 <br /> PARKING SPACES LOADING SPACES OTHER REQUIRE- <br />USE REQUIRED REQUIIIED MENTS <br />RESIDENTIAL <br />Single-, Two-, Three- 2/Dwelling Unit None One (1) required space <br />Family shall be in a garage.
