For the purposes of calculating parking and loading requirements, uses are de- fined as follows: (b) Food and Beverage Services: (3) Fast food; which provide quickly or previously prepared food to a ser- vice counter, and from which the patron carries the food out or to an indoor or outdoor seating area. (e) Office and Business Services: (2) Financial services offices; including, but not limited to, collection ser- vices, commodity or security brokerldealer, currency exchange, em- ployment agencies, employment services, financial institutions includ- ing banks, savings and loans, credit unions, with-er-witheut-drive-is-#a- eilities; financial counseling, income tax preparation, insurance agen- cies and brokers/service offices, loan companies, labor unions, and real estate offices. ~ Drive-through facilities: including but not limited to fast-food restau- rants, financial institutions, car washes, photo uses, and d~ u stg ores. Section 5. That Section 1143.05, Schedule of Uses and Space Requiretnents, of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances, currently reading as follows: 1143.05 SCHEDULE OF USES AND SPACE REQUIREMENTS. The required number ofoff-street parking and loading spaces for a use category described in Section 1143.04 shall be as set forth in Schedule 1143.05 following this Chapter. The Commissioner is hereby authorized to determine the required off-street parking and loading requirements for uses not specifically listed in this Ordi- nance, based on the most similar use(s) that are listed. Such determination by the Commissioner shall be in writing and shall be appealable to the Board. shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: 1143.05 SCHEDULE OF USES AND SPACE REQUII2EMENT5. The required number of off-street parking, and loading spaces, and stacking spaces for a use category described in Section 1143.04 shall be as set forth in Schedule 1143.05 follownrg this Chapter.
