Section 3. The Chief of the Division of Fire is authorized and directed to serve a <br />copy of this ordinance upon the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of State Fire <br />Marshal, Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations, and to take all other appro- <br />priate steps to revoke the delegated authority of the City to inspect underground storage <br />tanks on behalf of the State Fire Marshal. <br />Section 4. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council con- <br />cerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of <br />this Council and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees <br />that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance <br />with all legal requirements. <br />Section 5.
