AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1105.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordi- nances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map of the City with re- spect to certain property as set forth and described as 18828 Sloane Avenue (permanent parcel nos. 311 -14 -017, 311 -14 -018 and formerly 311 -14 -102) also known as the Clifton Pointe Phase 2. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: Section 1. That Section 1105.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map of the City from R2, Single and Two - Family to MH, Multiple - Family High Density, for the property at 18828 Sloane Avenue (permanent parcel nos. 311 -14 -017, 311 -14 -018 and formerly 311 -14 -102) also known as Clifton Pointe Phase 2 and described as follows: Parcel l (PPN 311 -14 -017): Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 28 in Mathew's and Gilbert's High Bridge Park Subdivi- sion No. 4 being the Re- Subdivision of part of the Clifton Park Association Allotment of part of Original Rockport Township, Section No. 23, the plat of said Re- Subdivision be- ing recorded in Volume 30, Page 10 of Cuyahoga County Records; said Sublot No. 28 is bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the southwesterly comer of Sublet No. 27 in said Subdivision; Thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Sublot No. 27, 150 feet to the Southerly line of the right -of -way of the New York, Chicago and St. Louis Railroad; Thence Westerly along said right -of -way lien 125 feet to the Easterly lire of Block "B" in said Subdivision; Thence Southerly along said Easterly line of Block `B" to the Northerly line of Sloane Subway; Thence Easterly on a curved line to the Place of Beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
