Thence Westerly along said southerly line of said right -of -way 133.92 feet to the north- easterly corner conveyed by John Durk and Margaret Durk to the Village of Lakewood by deed dated March 5, 1909 and recorded in Volume 1103, Page 417 of Cuyahoga County Records; Thence Southerly along the northeasterly curved line of said land so conveyed to the Vil- lage of Lakewood, 67.50 feet to said northerly curved line of Sloane Subway; Thence Southeasterly along said northerly curved line of Sloane Subway 78.51 feet to the Place of Beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Parcel 3 (former PPN 311 -14 -102): Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio Beginning at the northwesterly corner of plaintiffs property known as being Sublot No. 27 in Mathews and Gilbert's High Bridge Park subdivision No. 4 of part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 23 as by the recorded plot in Volume 30 of Maps, Page 10 of Cuyahoga County Records, and then moving 7.5-feet eastward along the northerly border and then 18.25 feet southward from the northerly border and then 7.5 feet west- ward to the western property and then northward 18.25 feet to the northwesterly corner of plaintiff property as herein described, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Section 2. The Director of Planning and Development is hereby authorized and directed to make the reclassification change on the zoning map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, in order to reflect the amendment designated in Section 1 of this ordinance. Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such for- mal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements.
