Appointees named after <br />June 1, 2005, shall be appointed alternately by the Mayor and Council as ex- <br />isting Board member's terms expire, with Council having the first appoint- <br />ment. Members may serve more than one tern. <br />(d) At the beginning of each year the FEWB members shall elect a chairperson <br />and vice - chairperson by majority vote. The FEWB shall hold semi - annual <br />meetings and in special sessions as called by the chairperson or by a majority <br />of the members. All meetings of the FEWB shall be open to the public and <br />minutes shall be taken.
