(2) Proposed Development Plan. A drawing showing locations of: <br />A. The larger common plan of development or sale; <br />B. The development area; and <br />C. All pertinent surrounding natural features within 200 feet of the development <br />site including, but not limited to: <br />(i) Water resources such as wetlands, springs, lakes, ponds, rivers and streams <br />(including intermittent streams with a defined bed and bank); <br />(ii) Conservation Easements; <br />(iii) Other sensitive natural resources; <br />(iv) The sensitive areas receiving rmroff from the development; and <br />(v) All off -site utility installation areas that are related to the planned project. <br />(3) Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3). The permittee must adhere <br />to all requirements of the EPA Construction General Permit "SWP3 Require- <br />ments" section. In addition, the following items shall also be shown on the <br />SWP3 drawing: <br />A. Drainage patterns during major phases of construction (multiple drawings <br />may be needed); <br />B. All off -site borrow or spoil areas; and <br />C. The location of each proposed soil erosion and sediment control BMP, in- <br />cluding at a minimum: <br />(i) Permanent soil erosion control practices to be left in place after construction <br />operations have been completed (e.g. level spreaders, permanent erosion control <br />matting, gabions, rock lined channels, etc.); <br />(ii) Areas likely to require temporary stabilization during the course of site de- <br />velopment; <br />(iii) Designated construction enhances where vehicles will access the construc- <br />tion site; <br />(iv) In- stream activities including stream crossings; <br />(v) Areas designated for the storage or disposal of solid, sanitary and toxic <br />wastes; <br />(vi) Dumpsters; <br />(vii) Concrete truck washout; <br />(viii) Fuel tanks; <br />12 <br />
