(ix) BMPs that divert runoff away from disturbed areas and steep slopes where <br />practicable including rock check dams, pipe slope drains, diversions to direct <br />flow away from exposed soils, and protective grading practices; and <br />(x) Sediment settling ponds drawn to scale. <br />D. Existing and proposed locations of buildings, roads, parking facilities and <br />utilities. <br />E. Boundaries of wetlands and stream channels the owner intends to fill or relo- <br />cate for which the owner is seeking approval from the US Army Corps of Engi- <br />neers and/or Ohio EPA. <br />F. Identification of size, maintenance requirements, design calculations and de- <br />tail drawings for each BMP. <br />G. The type and amount of plant seed, live plants, fertilizer, agricultural ground <br />limestone and mulch to be used. Specification of soil testing requirements for <br />fertility and lime requirements will be included. Specification for the use of <br />perennial grass seed will also be included. <br />H. Scheduling, phasing, and coordination of construction operations and ero- <br />sion and sediment control BMPs, including vegetative plantings and mulch. <br />L All other soil erosion and sediment control related BMPs and items that are <br />required by the City Engineer. <br />(4) Post - Construction Storm Water Management Plan. The permittee must ad- <br />here to all requirements of the current EPA Construction General Permit "Post - <br />Construction Storm Water Management' section. Specific items of the Con- <br />struction General Permit that the pernittee should be aware of and adhere to in- <br />clude the water quality volume calculation, runoff coefficients based on the type <br />of land use, and target drain times for structural post- construction BMPs. In <br />addition, the following items shall be included in the Post - Construction Storm <br />Water Management Plan: <br />A. A general description of the strategies proposed to meet this chapter; <br />B. An As -Built SWMP drawing showing the location, drawn to scale, of per- <br />manent storm water conveyance, detention and retention structures, other storm <br />water control structures and storm water easements; <br />C. Design calculations for all permanent BMPs; <br />D. Long -term maintenance requirements and inspection schedules for all per- <br />manent BMPs; <br />E. The landowner, person or entity financially responsible for assuring the per- <br />formance of long -term maintenance and inspections of permanent BMPs; <br />F. The method of funding long -term maintenance and inspection of all storm <br />water management practices; <br />G. Features of the design that facilitates maintenance of the practice. Include a <br />written plan for providing an area for dewatering of dredged sediment, or the <br />need to truck sediment fi-om the site; <br />13 <br />
