Section 4. Section 1160.14, Liability Insurance, of the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />of Lakewood, currently reading as follows: <br />1160.14 LIABILITY INSURANCE. <br />There shall be maintained a current general liability policy covering bodily inju- <br />ry and property damage with limits of at least $1 Million per occurrence and $1 <br />Million in the aggregate. Section 1306.44, License Application Form and Fee, of the Codified Ordi- <br />nances of the City of Lakewood, currently reading as follows: <br />1306.44 LICENSE APPLICATION FORM AND FEE. <br />(a) In General. An applicant for a housing or vacant property license shall: <br />(1) Submit to the Building Commissioner or his or her designee (as used in this <br />section, 'Building Commissioner ") an application on a form prescribed by <br />the Building Commissioner; and <br />(4) In the case of an application for a vacant property license, a copy of the dec- <br />larations page for at least one policy of liability insurance covering the <br />property; and the combination to a Knox Box system or such other rapid - <br />entry system of comparable quality authorized by the Chief of Fire contain- <br />ing keys necessary to aid the Division of Fire in obtaining access to the <br />structure when responding to calls for an emergency service; and <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1306.44 LICENSE APPLICATION FORM AND FEE. <br />(a) In General.
