(4) In the case of an application for a vacant property license, a copy of the dec- <br />larations page for at least one policy of liability insurance covering the <br />property and acknowledging that the property is vacant; and the combina- <br />tion to a Knox Box system or such other rapid -entry system of comparable <br />quality authorized by the Chief of Fire containing keys necessary to aid the ' <br />Division of Fire in obtaining access to the structure when responding to <br />calls for an emergency service; and <br />Section 6. Section 1306.72, Vacant and Abandoned Buildings, of the Lakewood Codi- <br />fied Ordinances, currently reading as follows: <br />1306.72 VACANT AND ABANDONED BUILDINGS. <br />(d) Insurance. Sufficient property and liability insurance shall be maintained on <br />the property in an amount at least equal to the fair market value of the prop- <br />erty. The City shall provide a written notice of the requirements of this sec- <br />tion and that the property is considered vacant or abandoned under this sec- <br />tion, to the insurance carrier, if known, and to any lien holder of record. <br />The City may require an owner or agent of a vacant or abandoned property <br />which is in violation of this section to provide proof of insurance, and no <br />owner or agent shall fail to provide such proof when so ordered. <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1306.72 VACANT AND ABANDONED BUILDINGS. <br />(d) Insurance.
