BY FUNCTIONAL TYPES <br />STRUCTURAL TYPES <br />1329.12 APPLICATION FOR PERMITS. <br />Application for permits to erect, place, paint, illuminate or alter a sign shall be <br />made by the owner or owner's agent of the property for which a sign is <br />proposed. The application shall be submitted on forms furnished by the City <br />and shall be made either separately or with the application for a building permit. <br />The fee for a sign permit shall be established by separate ordinance. <br />(a) In all use districts, a sign permit shall be required for all permanent signs <br />which exceed three square feet in area. <br />(b) A description of the application procedure and graphic illustration of <br />required information is outlined in the City of Lakewood "Sign Review" <br />handbook.
