Section 5. The fees required by Section 1321.02(x)(4) of the Codified Ordinances <br />shall be $100.00 as to registration and $100.00 as to testing. <br />Section 6. The minimum limit of insurance required under Section 1323.04 of the <br />Codified Ordinances shall be $1 million for general liability and $100,000.00 per occur - <br />rence /$300,000.00 aggregate for automobile liability. Proof of workers' compensation <br />coverage shall also be provided. <br />Section 7. This ordinance supersedes Ordinance No. 59 -14, adopted January 20, <br />2015, <br />Section 8. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council con- <br />cerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of <br />this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees <br />that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public, in compliance <br />with all legal requirements. <br />Section 9. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure neces- <br />sary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health, safety and wel- <br />fare in the City and for the usual daily operation of the City for the reasons set forth and <br />defined in the preamble to this ordinance, and provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />at least five members of Council this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immedi- <br />ately upon its adoption by the Council and approval by the Mayor, or otherwise shall take <br />effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Adopted: Se47btVV6VT 2d14 zz <br />P SI NT <br />Approved: 2�% 20A <br />
