(Ord. 37 -10. Passed 7- 19 -10.) shall be and hereby is repealed. SECTION 30. Section 351.10 East Side of Mars Avenue, currently reading as follows: 351.10 EAST SIDE OF MARS AVENUE. No person shall stand or park a vehicle for a distance of fifty feet on the east side of Mars Avenue at the intersection of Madison Avenue, and for a space of thirty feet on the north side of Madison Avenue at the intersection of Mars Avenue. (Ord. 37 -10. Passed 7- 19 -10) Shall be an hereby is repealed. SECTION 31. Section 351.12 West Side of Arthur Drive, currently reading as follows: 351,12 WEST SIDE OF ARTHUR DRIVE. No person shall stand or park a vehicle on the west side of Arthur Drive between Madison Avenue and the point where this street nar- rows, nor on the narrow section of this street south of Hilliard Road. (Ord. 37 -10. Passed 7- 19 -10.) Shall be and hereby is repealed. SECTION 32. Section 351.13 East Side of Arthur Avenue, currently reading as follows: 351.13 EAST SIDE OF ARTHUR AVENUE. No person shall stand or park a vehicle on the east side of Arthur Av- enue, south of Detroit Avenue, to a point opposite the southerly lot line of the library premises, between the hours of 9:30 a. m. and 9:00 p. M. Monday through Friday, and between the hours of 9:30 a. m. and 6:00 p. m, on Saturday, except that library patrons may park on such portion of the east side of Arthur Avenue during the hours specified for a peri- od not to exceed thirty minutes.
