lows: <br />No person shall stand or park a vehicle on the east side of Lark Street <br />from Madison Avenue to the southerly lot line known as 2019 Lark <br />Street for more than thirty minutes between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and <br />7:00 p.m. (Ord. 37 -10. Passed 7- 19 -10.) <br />Shall be and hereby is repealed. <br />SECTION 34. Section 351.15 West Side of Lakeland, currently reading as fol- <br />351.15 WEST SIRE OF LAKELAND. <br />No person shall stand or park a vehicle on the west side of Lakeland, <br />from Clifton Boulevard to the southerly line of property of the Board of <br />Education. <br />(Ord. 37 -10. Passed 7- 19 -10.) <br />Shall be and hereby is repealed. <br />SECTION 35. Section 351.17 Parking Commercial Vehicles and Recreation <br />Equipment, currently reading as follows: <br />351.17 PARKING COMMERCIAL VEHICLES AND RECREA- <br />TIONAL EQUIPMENT. <br />(a) No person shall park a school bus, commercial tractor, agricul- <br />tural tractor, truck, bus, a vehicle originally manufactured and /or de- <br />signed as a bus, trailer, semitrailer, pole trailer, moving van, ambulance <br />or hearse, or other than recreational equipment as defined in Sec- <br />tion 1147.02 of the Zoning Code, for a period in excess of one hour on <br />any street any time within the City, except when loading or unloading <br />such vehicle. <br />(b) No person shall park recreational equipment as defined in Sec- <br />tion 1147.02 of the Zoning Code, on any street or highway within the <br />City for a period in excess of six consecutive hours. (Ord. 37- <br />10. Passed 7- 19 -10.) <br />shall be and hereby is repealed, and new Section 351.17 Parking Commercial Vehicle <br />and Recreational Equipment, of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances is enacted to read as <br />follows: <br />351,17 PARKING COMMERCIAL VEHICLES AND RECREA- <br />TIONAL EQUIPMENT. <br />(a) No person shall park a school bus, commercial tractor, agricul- <br />tural tractor, truck bearing a commercial plate, bus, a vehicle originally <br />manufactured and/or designed as a bus, hailer, semitrailer, pole trailer, <br />moving van, ambulance or hearse, or other than recreational equipment <br />as defined in Section 1147.02 of the Zoning Code, for a period in ex- <br />cess of one hour on any street any time within the City, except when <br />loading or unloading such vehicle. <br />
