(c) The rules hereinafter set forth. <br />Council may, by a two - thirds vote of the members elected thereto, suspend the <br />operation of any rule either as to any meeting or any measure pending before it. <br />Except as otherwise provided, the proceedings of Council shall be governed by <br />Robert's Rules of Order. <br />Section 11. Section 127.05, Ohio R.C. 3313.35 Inapplicable, currently reading as fol- <br />127.05 OHIO R.C. 3313.35 INAPPLICABLE. <br />Pursuant to Article VII, Section 2 of the Second Amended Charter of the City of <br />Lakewood, Council determines that the provisions of Ohio R.C. 3313.35 appli- <br />cable to city directors of law do not and shall not apply to the City of Lakewood <br />Director of Law unless specifically approved by Council at the request of the <br />Lakewood City School District by and through its Board of Education. <br />shall be repealed, and new Section 127.05, Ohio R.C. 3313.35 Inapplicable, shall be enacted to <br />read as follows: <br />127.05 OHIO R.C. 3313.35 INAPPLICABLE. <br />
