RESOLUTION NOo 3678 BY Mro Gaydos <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION providing for, and upon delivery of <br />this resolution to the Young Men's Christian Association of Cleveland <br />(an Ohio corporation) as hereinafter provided, shall constitute an <br />offer to purchase from said Young Men's Christian :Xssociatien of <br />Cleveland the real. estate, and on the terms hereinafter more particu- <br />larly provided. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency in that, in <br />the event this offer is accepted, the City of Lakewood desires to pur- <br />chase such property in sufficient time to prepare a portion thereof <br />for park purposes during the current summer season; and in that it <br />provides for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, <br />health and safety and provides for the usmal daily operation of a <br />municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
