DONNELL1{ <br /> <br />A B ILL <br /> <br />To enact Section 4303.292 and 4303.293 of the Revi$ed Code to <br />vest in municipal corporation$ the right to determine the quota$ <br />of all clas$es of permits to be issued to said municipal corpor- <br />ation by th~ Department of Liquor C:ontrol and to require the <br />Dèpartment of Liquor Control to recognize municipal zoning <br />ordinances. <br /> <br />Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />That Sections 4303.292 and 4303.293 of the Revised <br /> <br />Code be enacted to read as follow$: <br />Sec. 4303.292. A municipal corporation may, by a majority of <br />its legislative body, establish the number of each class C-l, C-2, D-l, <br />D-2, D-3, D-4, and D-5 permits which shall be issued. within its cor- <br />porate limits notwithstanding the provi$ions of any regulation of the <br />Board of Liquor Control or Section 4303.29 of the Revised Code, pro- <br />vided such number of each class C:-l, C-2, D-l, D-2, D-3, D-4, and D-5 <br />permits fixed by the wunicipal corporation, acting pursuant to this <br />section, does not exceed the number of each such class permits author- <br /> <br />ized to be issu'ed by any regulation of the Board of Liquor Control or <br />Section 4303.29 of the Revised Code. <br /> <br />An ordinance passed by a majority of the legislative body of a <br />municipal corporation establishing the number of class C-l, C:-2, D-l, <br />D-2, D-3, D-4 and D-5 permits to be issued. and outstanding within its <br />corporate boundaries pursuant to the first paragraph of this section <br />shall not become effective unless a copy thereof, certified by the <br />
