<br />1 <br /> <br />Page 2. <br />clerk of such municipal corporation, shall have, within ten davs of <br />its enactment, been submitted to the board of elections of the county <br />wherein such municipal corporation is situated and until the board of <br />elections of such county shall submit such ordinance to a vote of the <br />electorate for approval of the majority of the electors of that <br />municipal corporation voting on this issue at the next succeeding <br /> <br />. . . <br />primary or general election, in any year, occurr1ng subsequent to <br />ninety days after the certifying of such ordinance to the board of <br />elections, and after such ordinance has been approved by a majority <br />of the electors voting therein. <br />No ordinance approved by a majority of the electors voting upon <br />the ordinance in such municipal corporation shall be sUbject to the <br />veto of the mayor. <br />When the board of elections of the county determines that the <br />majority of the electors voting in this issue of the muncipal corpora- <br />tions proceeding under this section have approved the ordinance estab- <br />lishing the number of each class C-I, C-2, D-l, D-2, D-~, D-4 and D-S <br />permits to be issued and outstanding within the corporate boundaries <br />of such municipal corporation, it shall forthwith, by registered mail, <br />notify the Department of Liquor of the fact together with a certified <br />copy óf the ordinance approved by the electors which shall be filed <br />with said department; the Department of Liquor Control shall not <br />thereafter issue any class e-l, C-2, D-l, D-2, D-~, D-4 and D-S <br />permits except in compliance with the quota for each such class per- <br /> <br />mit authorized by such ordinance, except as provided herein. <br />
