<br />l <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />Page 3. <br />No permit of any class, or subsequent renewal thereof, which is <br />issucd and outstanding on the effective date of legislation adopted <br />by ~ municipa1 corporation pursuant to this section shall be suspended, <br />revoked, cancelled or effected by the results of any ordinance adopted <br />pursuant to this section. <br />When an election is held pursuant to the provisions of this <br />section in any municipal corporation, the results of such election <br />shall be effected in such municipal corporation until another election <br />is called and held pursuant to this section, but no such election shall <br />be held in any municipal corporation more than once in each two years. <br />Sec. 4303.293. A municipal corporation may, by a majority of <br />its legislative body, adopt a zoning ordinance or regulation in a <br />manner provided by Section 713.12 of the Revised Code, to regulate, <br />restrict, and limit the location of establishments selling beer and/or <br />iritoxicating liquor, as defined by Section 4301.01 of the Revised Code <br />under class C-l, C-2, D-1, D-2, D-3, D-4 and D-5 permits issued by <br />the Department of Liquor Control, notwithstanding any provision of <br />Chapters 4301 and 4303 of the Revised Code or regulations of the <br />Board if Liquor Control to the contrary, and no classC-l, C-2, D-l, <br />D-3, D-2, D-4 and D-5 permits shall be issued by the Department of <br />Liquor Control unless the applicant therefore shall have filed with <br />the Department of Liquor Control a certificate signed by the clerk <br />of the municipal corporation in which such permit is to be located <br />certifying that the location of the establishment proposed to be <br />licensed will comply with the zoning ordinance or regulations of such <br />municipal corporation. <br />
