-2- <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Honorable James Ao Rhodes, <br />Governor of the State of Ohio and P. E. Masheter, Director of <br />Highways be and the same are hereby strenuously urged to take <br />immediate action to remove the monstrous traffic directional <br />sign recently erected at the westerly end of Clifton Boulevard <br />in the City of Lakewood, Ohio° <br /> <br /> Section 2° That the Clerk of the Council be and <br />is hereby authorized and directed to immediately transmit a <br />copy of this resolution to the Honorable James Ao Rhodes, <br />Governor of the State of Ohio and to Director Po E. Masheter, <br />Director of Highways of the State of Ohio° <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by <br />the Mayor° <br /> <br />Approved:~h~ ~9~ <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
