That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed <br />to forward a certified copy of this Resolution ~D James J. <br />Nance, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cleveland State <br />University, and Governor Rhodes or'the State of Ohio. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
