That the Clerk of Council is hereby <br />directed to submit two certified copies of'~this resolution, <br />and also two signed statements listing the reasons for the <br />objection, to the Department of Liquor Control, State of <br />Ohio, Permit Division, within thirty (30) days from December <br />3, 1965. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the President of Council des- <br />ignate a member of Council to represent the Council at any <br />hearings before the Department of Liquor Control, state of <br />Ohio. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
