Said advertisement shall also state that the driveway abutting <br />the rear of the above-described property may be used for access to said <br />property so long as said driveway is owned by the City of Lakewood., <br /> <br />Section 4. Said advertisement shall also state that the City of Lakewood <br />reserves the right to refuse any or all bids. <br /> <br />Section 5.
