Gaydos, Hui'f~aa~, 22elle~ <br /> U~ ~e~*, '~ard~, Wendlin~ <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION declaring the necessity and intent of the City of <br />Lakewood, Ohio, to appropriate certain real property located on the east <br />side of St. Charles Avenue, approximately 102' south of its intersection <br />with Detroit Avenue, City of Lakewood, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, owned by <br />Oscar Kellogg and.declaring an emergency. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The real property hereinafter more fully described is needed for <br />the purpose of construction of off-street parking facilities, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing for the <br />usual daily operation of $ municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That this Council hereby declares the necessity and intent <br />to appropriate the fee simple title in and to the following described <br />parcels of real estate necessary in connection with the cunstruction <br />of off-street parking facilities pursuant to or in accordance with <br />Article XVIII of the Charter of the City of Lakewood, and the Constitution <br />and laws of the State of Ohio, to wit: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahega and <br />State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Rockport <br />Township Section No. 22 and bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Sublot No. 288 in <br />the Lakewood Realty Company's Subdivision No. 1 as shown by <br />the recorded plat in Volume 25 of Haps, Page 26 of Cuyahoga <br />County Records; thence along the northerly line of said <br />Sublot Number 288 and its easterly extension which bears <br />South 89° 32' 00" East a distance of 113.33 feet; thence <br />South 5° 53' 48" East a distance of 27.08 feet thence <br />North 89° 32' 00" West to a point in the easterly line of <br />St. Charles Avenue (60 feet wide) which point is 137.79 feet <br />North of the northerly line of Detroit Avenue originally <br />(66 feet wide); thence North 0° 28' 00" East along the <br />easterly line of St. Charles Avenue a distance of 27.00 feet <br />tO the place of beginning, be the same more or leas but <br />subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br />~arcel No. 2. <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State <br />of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Rockport Township <br />Section No. 22 and bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Sublet Number 382 <br />in the Lakewood Realty Company's Subdivision No. 1 as shown <br />by the recorded plat in Volume 25 of Haps Page 26 County <br />Records; thence along the northerly line of said Sublet <br />Number 382 which bears North 890 32' 00" West 143.97 feet <br />to the principal place of beginning of the within described <br />parcel; thence South 2° 31' 57" East a distance of 27.04 feet; <br />thence North 89° 32' 00" West a distance of 1.15 feet; <br />thence North 5° 53' 48" West a distance of 27.08 feet; thence <br />South 899 32' 00" East a distance of 2.75 feet to the aforesaid <br />principa~ place of beginning, be the same more or less, but <br />subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br /> <br />
