RESOLUTION NO. 4775 BY: Messrs. Gaydos, Graber, lluffmsn, Kelley, Usher, Ward, Wendling AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FILING OF A PETITION FOR THE ESTABLISUMENT OF A CUYAHOGA WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY WHEREAS, the Cuyahoga County Mayors and City Managers Association has unanimously approved the concept of a regional water and sewer district under the provisions of Chapter 6119 of the Ohio Revised Code; and WHEREAS, the Sewer and Water Task Force of the Cuyahoga County Mayors and City Managers Association, under authority granted to it by the General Membership of the Association, suggested petition to the Council of the City Ohio, for consideration; and WHEREAS, it is determined by this Council to be to the best advantage of this municipality to Join with other municipalities in presenting such a petition to the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, for the organization of a regional water and sewer district; now therefore has presented a of Lakewood BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE ...City OF Lakewood , OHIO, ~ECTION 1.
