That the Director of Finance be snd he is hereby authorized <br />to pay the cost of memberships of municipsl employees and/or Divisions <br />or Depsrtments of the City of Lakewood for the yesr 1972, in the organ- <br />izations and associations set forth in Section 1 hereof. <br /> <br />Section 3..
