The Cuyahoga Co.:nty Engineer will represent the interests of the County Townships <br /> 22 on the Committee. The Executive Committee may, by majority vote as it fleems <br /> c^~ necessary, and to or subtract from its membership in order to improve the <br /> 2= effect_veness o: and enhance county-wide disaster services policy-making and <br /> 25 decisions. The Executive Committee shall select its own chairman. Attendance <br /> 26 of any six members shall constitute a cuorum of the Executive Committee.
