E. Patrick shall have the right, subject to securing <br /> appropriate permits which shall not unreasonably be withheld, to <br /> construct the following outdoor advertising structures: <br /> <br /> 1. One free standing or wall supported Tri-vision <br /> outdoor advertising structure not exceeding three hundred square <br /> feet at the following three (3) sites: 1 at 17920 Detroit <br /> Avenue, 1 at 12100 Madison Avenue, and 1 at 17100 Madison <br /> Avenue, may be constructed within 365 days of the entry of this <br /> Consent Decree by the Court; <br /> <br /> 2. One mini-bulletin (10'6" x 36') at a site to be <br /> selected and subject to approval of the City by its Law Direc- <br /> tor, may be constructed within twelve (12) months of the entry <br /> of this Consent Decree by the Court; and <br /> <br /> 3. One free standing outdoor advertising structure <br />not exceeding three hundred square feet at the following two (2) <br />sites: 1 at W. ll7th Street 50' n/o Berea and 1 at W. ll7th <br />Street 520' n/o Berea, within twelve (12) months of the entry of <br />this Consent Decree by the Court. <br /> <br /> F. In the event that Patrick is compelled to remove <br />any outdoor advertising structure authorized by this Consent <br />Decree within ten years from the entry of this Consent Judgment <br />by the Court because (a) Patrick is unable to continue to lease <br />the premises upon which such outdoor advertising structure is <br />located, or (b) Patrick has lost the location as a result of <br />acquisition of real property for a public purpose, then after <br />consultation with the Law Director and within 60 days after <br />removal of the existing outdoor advertising structure, Patrick <br /> <br />-6- <br /> <br /> <br />
