may make application to relocate an outdoor advertising struc- <br />ture of the same dimensions to a new location that is of the <br />same commercial or industrial character as the existing loca- <br />tion. The City, by its Law Director, shall promptly review each <br />such application to determine whether such outdoor advertising <br />structure is of the same dimensions and that the new location is <br />of the same character and that the outdoor advertising structure <br />will have no greater impact than the existing outdoor advertis- <br />ing structure. The City, by its Law Director, shall not unrea- <br />sonably withhold approval for relocation of such outdoor adver- <br />tising structure which conforms to these criteria, provided, <br />however, that in the event that such application is not ap- <br />proved, Patrick may submit alternative successive applications <br />within 60 days of notice of disapproval until application is <br />approved. Patrick may not in any event secure authorization for <br />relocation of more than one outdoor advertising structure during <br />any twelve-month period. Notwithstanding any provision of this <br />Consent Decree, Patrick may not construct an outdoor advertising <br />structure on any premises unless Patrick is in full compliance <br />with the removal schedule specified in this Section and Exhibit <br />B attached hereto and all other Patrick outdoor advertising <br />structures at the construction site premises have been removed. <br /> <br /> VI.
