(herein- <br />after "Patrick") filed a Complaint herein on February 3, 1988, <br />alleging, inter alia, that enforcement of Chapter 1329 of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood (hereinafter the <br />"Sign Ordinance" or "Chapter 1329") by Defendant, City of <br />Lakewood, Ohio, (hereinafter the "City" or "Lakewood") violates <br />certain constitutional rights of Patrick with respect to certain <br />signs, billboards or outdoor advertising structures (hereinafter <br />"outdoor advertising structures") within the City of Lakewood <br />further described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference the same as though fully rewritten at <br />length; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS judgments were entered on or about September <br />21, 1988, in suits between the same parties relating to the Sign <br />Ordinance and outdoor advertising structures in Cuyahoga County, <br /> <br /> <br />
