The Agency may give the Grantee written notice of any such fai~re specifying the <br /> inapp~priate or incomplete action of ~he Grantee. The Grantee shall have ten (10) <br /> calendar days from receipt of such notification tO correct its failure. <br /> <br /> corrective action is not taken within said ten (10) calendar days, reimbursement of <br /> ~he funds granted under this Agreement will be suspended until the Grantee Cakes <br /> <br />all required corrective action, and the Agency receives a written report of ~he <br />taking of Such action. If said action is not taken, and said writcen repor~ not <br />provided within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of notification of any <br />failure, ~his con~ract may be terminated bY the Agency. <br /> <br /> i4. Confidentiality and Disclosure of Information. In accord with the Older <br />Americans Act of 1965 as amended, the applicable provisions of ~he Code of Federal <br /> <br />Regulations, ~he applicable Policies and Procedures of the Ohio Depar~men~ of Aging <br />a~d the applicable Policies and Procedures of' the Agency, the Grantee shall <br /> <br />maintain Procedures to ensure ~he protection of the confidentiality of information <br />about older persons Collected in the delivery of services. <br /> <br /> 15. Insurance. 'The Grantee shall secure and maintain at least ~he following <br />minimum amounts of insurance for ~he period of this agreement: <br /> <br /> ~ A.
