RESOLUTION NO. 6647-91 BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Gazzana, George, Graham, Roth, Smith AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION declaring the intent of the Council of the City of Lakewood to vacate two portions of the public right-of-way situated at the north end of Clifton Prado, in the City of Lakewood, Ohio. WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood desires to vacate said por- tions of the public right-of-way, WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the usual daily operation of a municipal depart- ment; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood hereby declares its intent to vacate two portions of the public right-of-way located at the north end of Clifton Prado, said portions being fur- ther described as follows: PARCEL A: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of original Rockport Township Lot No. 60, Section No. 21 and further bounded and de- scribed as follows: beginning at the Northerly Monument in the Clifton Prado, (23 feet in width), as shown by the dedication plat recorded in Volume 239, Page 52 of Cuyahoga County Map Records; thence due West a distance of 11.50 feet to a point, said point being on the Westerly right-of- way of Clifton Prado; thence North along the Westerly right of way of Clifton Prado; thence due North along the Westerly right of way of Clifton Prado a distance of 11.00 feet to a point, said point being the Northeast corner of Permanent Parcel No. 312-29-099 as shown by the aforesaid plat; thence due West along the 'North line of Permanent Parcel No. 312-29-099 a distance of 56.07 feet to a point, said point being the North- west corner of Permanent Parcel No. 312-29-099 and also being the principal place of beginning; thence due North a distance of 19.15 feet to a point of curvature; thence Southeasterly along the arc of a circle deflecting to the right a distance of 40.90, feet said arc having a radius of 40.00 feet and a chord which bears South 60 degrees, 42' 19" East, 39.14 feet to a point; thence due West along the North line of Permanent Parcel No. 312- 29-009 a distance of 34~14 feet to the principal place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. PARCEL B: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of original Rockport Township Lot No. 60, Section No. 21 and further bounded and de- scribed as follows: beginning at the Northerly monument in the Clifton Prado, (23 feet in width), as shown by the dedication plat recorded in Volume 239, Page 52 of Cuyahoga County Map Records; thence due West a distance of 11.50 feet to a point, said point being on the Westerly right-of- way of Clifton Prado a distance of 11.00 feet to a point, said point being the Northeask corner of Permanent Parcel No. 312-29-099 as shown by the
