That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause notice of such declaration to be <br />served in the manner that the service of summons is required to be <br />made, upon all persons whose property abuts upon the parts of Clifton <br />Prado affected by the proposed vacations, and by publication once in <br />one newspaper of general circulation in the City of Lakewood as to <br />all person who cannot be personally served. Said notice shall state <br />the time and place when objections can be heard before the Board of <br />Revisions. <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of <br />this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and <br />.that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its commit- <br />tees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the <br />public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
