(1) Clifton Boulevard. A. Webb Road all four directions. Section 3. That the "NO RIGHT TURN ON RED, 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday", restriction sign on southbound Webb Road to westbound Clifton be replaced with a "NO RIGHT TURN, 4:00 - 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday" restriction sign at southbound Webb on Clifton Boulevard for a period of ninety days. Section 4. That the abovementioned restriction change be monitored for a period of ninety (90) days with official traffic counts taken prior to the signage installation and within the following framework after the signage installation: 30 days, 60 days and 90 days, said traffic counts will be sent to the Traffic & Safety Committee members along with Councilman Joseph Gibbons after each traffic count. Section 5. That the traffic counts and a count of the number of children crossing be taken at a.) Lake/Edwards Avenues, b.) Clifton Boulevard/Edwards Avenue, c.) Clifton Boulevard/ Clifton Road and d.) Clifton Boulevard/Webb Road southbound to Detroit, and (e.) Detroit/Edwards Avenues. Section to motorists for installation. 6. That the Division of Police issue warnings a period of three (3) weeks after the signage Section 7. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. Section 8.
