(1) <br /> <br />Clifton Boulevard. <br /> <br />A. Webb Road <br /> <br />all four directions. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the "NO RIGHT TURN ON RED, 8:00 a.m. - <br />6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday", restriction sign on southbound <br />Webb Road to westbound Clifton be replaced with a "NO RIGHT TURN, <br />4:00 - 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday" restriction sign at <br />southbound Webb on Clifton Boulevard for a period of ninety days. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That the abovementioned restriction change <br />be monitored for a period of ninety (90) days with official <br />traffic counts taken prior to the signage installation and within <br />the following framework after the signage installation: 30 days, <br />60 days and 90 days, said traffic counts will be sent to the <br />Traffic & Safety Committee members along with Councilman Joseph <br />Gibbons after each traffic count. <br /> <br /> Section 5. That the traffic counts and a count of the <br />number of children crossing be taken at a.) Lake/Edwards Avenues, <br />b.) Clifton Boulevard/Edwards Avenue, c.) Clifton Boulevard/ <br />Clifton Road and d.) Clifton Boulevard/Webb Road southbound to <br />Detroit, and (e.) Detroit/Edwards Avenues. <br /> <br /> Section <br />to motorists for <br />installation. <br /> <br /> 6. That the Division of Police issue warnings <br />a period of three (3) weeks after the signage <br /> <br /> Section 7. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of <br />this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br />open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 8.
