Other Aqreements. The District may enter into other agreements with <br />other political subdivisions, institutions and businesses to market their <br />ONP, magazines, and other fiber products on no more favorable basis <br /> <br />than provided in this Agreement for Political Subdivision. <br />Authority to Amend, Terminate and Divert Products. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br /> The District shall have the following authority to amend or <br /> supplement this Agreement: <br /> <br /> a. The District may amend or otherwise modify the terms of <br /> this Agreement except for the provisions relating to the <br /> delivery and price paid for Grade #06 News and the <br /> prohibition of the District making any charge to the Political <br /> Subdivision for its services under this Agreement. <br /> <br />b. The District shall notify the Political Subdivision of any <br /> <br /> amendment or modification it makes to this Agreement. <br /> The Political Subdivision shall thereupon have thirb/ (30) <br /> days from the date of said notice to withdraw from this <br /> Agreement, but thereafter withdrawal shall be waived. <br /> <br />Ei,ther the District or PCA may terminate the ReCycler Contract in <br />the event that either the Distric~ or Recycler violates their <br />obligations set forth in the Recycler Contract but in such event the <br />District shall make good faith efforts to provide another recycler <br />to provide 'the same or similar services within 60 days of the <br /> <br />-Il- <br /> <br /> <br />
