the following <br />specifications: <br />1. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br /> IV. TERMS AND CONDITIONR <br /> <br />BasiC Purchase. Recycter shall purchase and/or accept at no charge from <br />the Political Subdivisions at its Cleveland Recycling Facility located at <br />3400 Vega Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio (the "Recycling Facility") ONP for <br /> <br /> prices or at no charge, which meet the following <br /> <br /> For the first year of the term of this Agreement: <br /> <br /> a. Grade #06 News? To 'be purchased by PCA from the <br /> <br /> Political Subdivisions at $5.00 per"~on for any quantity. <br /> <br />b. Magazines. PCA will accept any quantity. There shall be <br /> <br /> no charge by PCA for accepting same and PCA will pay <br /> nothing for purchase of same. PCA may, at its sole option <br /> in the future, offer to pay for magazines as an inducement <br /> to encourage such delivery. <br /> <br /> For the second through fifth year of the term of this Agreement: <br /> <br />a. Grade #06 News.. To be purchased by PCA from the <br /> Political Subdivision at $20.00 per ton less than the "High' <br /> <br /> ~ PS-90 specifications for grade #6 - Consists of newspapers containing less than <br />5% of other papers and the following: <br /> <br />- Prohibited materials (i.e., materials other than paper) <br /> may not exceed 1% (by weight). <br />- Outthrows {i.e., other grades of paper except inserts) <br /> may not exceed 2% {by weight),r. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
