Ee <br /> <br /> Service Descriotion. <br /> <br /> 1. Hours.' The Recycling FaciiiW shall be open from 7:00 a.m. to <br /> 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. <br /> on Saturday as needed to accommodate any incoming vehicles. <br /> <br />2. Capacity. Recycler shall accept unlimited tonnage from each of <br /> the Po!ificai Subdivisions throughout the term of this contract <br /> unless and until the total ONP delivered by all Political <br /> Subdivisions totals 2,500 tons per month, in which event PCA, <br /> upon mutual agreement with the District, may have to place <br /> restrictions on the amount of ONP that each Potificai Subdivision <br /> may deliver. Recycler requires no minimum tonnage. <br /> <br />Delivery Procedure. <br /> <br />1. All vehicles delivering ONP and magazines shall be weighed on <br /> entry and the driver given a scale tic[<et reflecting the gross <br /> weight of the vehicle with its load. <br /> Thereafter, Recycier shall inspect the load and either accept or <br /> indicate to the driver whether all or portions of the load are <br /> rejected on the basis that they do not meet specifications. The <br /> driver shall assist in cleaning the load to acceptable levels. <br /> Unacceptable material shall be removed by the driver from <br /> Recycler's premises or the particular Political Subdivision shall be <br /> charged $50 per ton for its disposal.
