RecYcler personnel shall hand sort the contaminants into separate <br /> boxes for' weighing and. calculate the actual percentage of <br /> prohibited materials and out':hrows, Recycter shall not have the <br /> right, to subsequently reject a delivery once it has accepted same, <br /> except for subsequent discovery of hazardous substances as <br /> specified below, and the delivering Political Subdivision shall <br /> thereafter have no liability for failure of an accepted or rejected <br /> load to meet specifications. <br /> <br /> After acceptance or partial rejection, the delivery vehicle shall be <br />· reweighed empty and the scale ticket printed with the net weight <br />of the accepted load as well as the weight of the rejected <br />material. The driver shall acknowledge the ticket and be given a <br />copy showing the delivering Political Subdivision, the ONP and/or <br />magazines accepted and/or rejected and the weights of the <br />accepted and rejected ONP and/or magazines. <br /> <br /> PCA will not accept any substance or material classified as a <br /> "hazardous substance" as defined in Section 101(14) of the <br /> Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and <br /> Liability Act of 1990 (CERCLA). PCA may reject a Political <br /> Subdivision's 0NP and/or magazines at any time even after gate <br /> acceptance and up until it ships such material from the Recycling <br /> Facility if it determines that such ONP and/or magazines contained <br /> <br />-6- <br /> <br /> <br />
