any such hazardous substance and the Political Subdivision in <br /> such event agrees to remove same at its expense. <br /> <br /> G. Statements and Payment. Prior to the :[0ch of each month during the <br />term of this Agreement, Rec¥cier shall send to each Political Subdivision a statement <br />reflecting the amount of ONP and magazines accepted or rejected from such Political <br />Subdivision. Recycler at the same time shall send each Political Subdivision its check <br />for the total amount reflected on that statement. <br /> <br /> H. Reco[ds and Reoortina. <br /> <br /> 1. PCA shall create and maintain the records recited in Section V! of <br /> its bid attached hereto as Exhibit 2 and such other records as are <br /> required to substantiate the statements and reports' required by <br /> <br /> · paragraphs IV.G. and H.2. of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> 2. in addition to the statements required to be sent by PCA pursuant <br /> to paragraph G. above, PCA shall send a report to the District on <br /> a monthly basis reporting the following: <br /> <br /> a. The quantity of ONP and magazines delivered at the gate <br /> <br /> pursuant to this Agreement during the previous calendar <br /> month; <br /> <br /> b. The quantity of such ONP and magazines or other material <br /> which is rejected at the gate; <br /> <br /> c.
