This shall include a <br />general description of the recycled use and product and a <br /> <br />repor~ as to any <br />recycled. <br /> <br />quantities which were not ultimately <br /> <br />Recvctinq. PCA shall recycle all ONP and magazines which are <br /> <br />purchased or accepted pursuant to this Agreement. "Recycle" for <br />purposes of this Agreement shall have the same meaning as the term <br />"Recycling" which is defined in Chapter 3745 of the Ohio Revised Code <br />and/or the regulations promulgated thereunder or as may be amended or <br />replaced 'from time to time-by the Ohio Legislature or the Ohio EPA. <br />Beneficial Rela~;i0nship. <br /> <br />1. The Recycler acknowledges that the District has or will enter into <br /> <br /> ·. agreements with Political Subdivisions'in the form attached hereto <br /> as. Exhibit 3 which is an Intergovernmental Agreement to be used <br /> with Political Subdivisions, the terms and conditions of which the <br /> Recycler accepts and acknowledges. The Recycier further <br /> acknowledges that this Agreement is also for the benefit of the <br /> Political Subdivisions,and that such Political SubdiviSions are third- <br /> party beneficiaries of this Agreement. <br /> <br />-8- <br /> <br /> <br />
