Political <br /> <br />PCA: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Out-throws, i.e, other grades of paper, except inserts, may not <br />exceed two percent (2%). <br /> <br />The ONP shall be delivered to the Recycling Facility.by the Political <br />Subdivision at its own cost in accordance with the terms of the <br />Recycler Contract, including the following provisions, unless the <br /> <br /> Subdivision'makes other separate arrangements with <br /> <br /> Delivery between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. <br /> Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on <br /> Saturday. <br /> <br /> Packer trucks are acceptable delivery vehicles. <br /> <br />Unlimited tonnage of Grade #06 News may be delivered <br />unless and until all of the ONP Political Subdivisions are <br />delivering to PCA, pursuant to the contract with Recycler <br />attached hereto .as Exhibit 1, totals 2,500 tons per month. <br />in such event, which is not reasonably anticil~ated to occur, <br />there may be restrictiOns placed on the Political Subdivision <br />herein, as well as others, as to the amount of ONP that <br />may be delivered. <br /> <br />The ONP may include brown paper bags which many <br />residents use to collect their ONP but plastic bags are a <br />prohibited material. <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br /> <br />
