Acceptance at the PCA facility is subject to inspection and <br />approval by PCA personnel as follows: <br /> <br /> 1). All vehicles delivering ONP (and magazines) <br /> shall be weighed on entry and the Political <br /> Subdivision's driver 'given a scale ticket <br /> reflecting the gross weight of the vehicle with <br /> its load. <br /> <br /> 2i.. Thereafter, PCA. shall inspect the load and <br /> either accept same or indicate to the driver <br /> whether all or portions of the load are rejected' <br /> <br /> on the basis that it does not meet <br />'specifications. The driver shall assist in <br /> <br /> cleaning' the load to acceptable levels. <br /> <br />Unacceptable material shall be removed by the <br />driver from the Recycling Facility or the <br />particular Political Subdivision shall be charged <br />$50 per ton for its disposal. To verify the <br />rejection, PCA personnel shall hand sort the <br />contaminants into separate boxes for <br />weighing and calculate the actual percentage <br />of prohibited materials and out'throws.
