Section 1. That the collective bargaining agreement with Lodge 25, Lakewood <br />Division, Fraternal Order of Police, effective for the period of January 1, 1995, through <br />December 31, 1997, including the settlement of a pending unfair labor practice charge, an <br />original copy of which is on file in the Office of the Mayor of the City of Lakewood and is <br />made a part hereof as though written fully herein, is hereby 'adopted, ratified and approved <br />and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City of Lakewood to <br />affix his signature thereto. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this Resolution were adopted in an open meeting of <br />the Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that <br />resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal <br />requirements. <br /> <br />ADOPTED: ~ ~F/ /~9,~' <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br /> <br />
