Our Board. has worked diligently with City staff over the course of the last <br />four months to develop appropriate enhancements to the Storefront Program to encourage a <br />greater participation in this important program. Specifically, our Board met on March 7 and April <br />11, 2001 to review and discuss the proposed modifications to the Storefront Program, with final <br />approval of our recommendation to the Citizens Advisory Committee and Lakewood City Council <br />made at our May 9, 2001 meeting. <br /> <br /> The Loan Approval Board believes that these enhancements to the Storefront Program will <br />greatly assist our commercial property owners and improve the vitality of our business districts.
