Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to <br />transmit this resolution to Joseph A. Calabrese, General Manager, Greater Cleveland Regional <br />Transit Authority, the Board of Trustees of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, <br />U.S. CongreSsman Dennis J. Kucinich, the Cuyahoga County Commissioners.. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
