RESOLU~ON NO. BY: Corrigam, Dunn, FitzGerald, George, Roth, Seelie, Skindell. A RESOLUTION commending Teresa C. Andreani for public service as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals from .lanuary 1, 1996 through December 31, 1997 of an unexpired term then serving one full five-year term commencing .lanuary 1, 1997 through December 31, 2001; and WHEREAS, Teresa C. Andreani was appointed by the Mayor of the City of Lakewood as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals, to complete one-year of an unexpired term and a five-year term, serving as Vice-Chairman in 2000 and Chairman in 2001; and WHEREAS, during her tenure as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals, Mrs. Andreani demonstrated sincere interest in the preservation and future development of our community; and WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Mrs. Andreani be given public cognizance and recognition; now therefore, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor extend to Teresa C. Andreani their appreciation for the valued and dedicated public service as a member of the Board of Zoning APpeals, and that of all citizens of this community in an expression of appreciation by this public recognition. Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Teresa C. Andreani, 1580 Belle Avenue, Lakewood~ Ohio 44107, and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting. Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this Resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in such formal actions, were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements.
