Seelie. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION to appoint Elaine Hagan as a member of the Community <br />Reìnvestment Area Housing Council for the unexpired (3) year term ending December <br />31, 2007 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption and <br />approval by the mayor provided it receives the aff1Ill1ative vote of at least five (5) <br />members elected to Council, or othernise, to take effect and be in force after the earliest <br />period allowed by law; in order t9 fulfill the requirements of Section 3735.69 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code in a timely manner and to provide timely membership on the Community <br />Reinvestment Area Housing Council due to the resignation of its member; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHY <br /> <br />Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution 5304, adopted May I, 1978, and Section <br />3735..69 of the Ohio Revised Code, Council hereby appoints Elaine Hagan as a member <br />of the COI111Ì1unity Reinvestment area Housing Coúncil for the unexpired three (3) year <br />term ending December 31, 2007 <br /> <br />Section 2 That the Clerk of Council shall forward a certified copy of this <br />Resolution to the Secretary óf the Community Reinvestment Area Housing Council. <br /> <br />Section 3 It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open metíng <br />of this Council and of any of its committees, that resulted ín such formal action, were in <br />meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements <br /> <br />Adopted: 7fM.Þ. ), 200-' <br /> <br />V~,~ <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />111 ~ 7, 1Ia¿c..- <br />CLERK <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Mayor <br />
