That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to act in <br /> connection with submission of the Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program <br /> documents and to provide such additional information as may be required and to enter <br /> into any and all agreements necessary to accept funds under these programs. <br /> Section 4. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br /> concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open <br /> meeting of this council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its <br /> committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in <br /> rmm~lianrc ~nri>tih III Ic I + <br /> ~c~vn-~,~~ncncs <br /> Section 5.
