Provide participants with: <br />1) brochures about how the program works and eligibility <br />requirements; <br />2) a list of participating farmers; and <br />3) nutrition education material provided by WRAAA. <br />i. Allow program monitoring in accordance with section 15 of this contract. <br />9. General Role of the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging. <br />a: Oversee the entire program ensuring all guidelines of the grant are in <br />compliance. _ <br />b. Fiscal administration of the program. <br />c. Provide training and technical assistance. <br />d. Monitor Farmers, Farmers Markets, and Roadside Stands for compliance. <br />e. Monitor Distribution Sites for compliance. <br />10. The Distribution Agent will adhere to the following procedures for completing new <br />applications: <br />a. Distribute applications and have trained staff or volunteers available to <br />offer help. <br />b.
